What's Inside The ResiBand System?
The ResiBand System includes 5 resistance bands of varying resistance. They are stackable meaning you can create your own bespoke workout with up to 72 lbs of resistance training.
Anti-Snap Safety Sleeve. Each resistance band incorporates a unique sleeve that keeps the inner band protected and prevents injury to you. The nylon sleeve lets you know when the resistance band has reached maximum stretch. It also protects the inner band from the little 'splits' that often result in cheaper bands breaking. In short, it prolongs the life of the bands and keeps you safe.
Soft foam resistance band handles. Allows for multiple resistance bands to be stacked together on each handle in order to make for the perfect workout.
Ankle Straps allow you to perform a large variety of leg exercises. Simply attach the other end of the ResiBand to the door anchor in order to work out your leg muscles.
The ResiBand door anchor allows you to attach the ResiBand to your door in order to perform a wide range of additional exercises.
